Mediterranean Spain
Wholesale supply for shops, bars and kitchens — your catalogue, your agreed prices and live stock, ordered from one app.
The app shows the references your account is set up for, with the prices agreed with your commercial rep already applied. No public list to translate into your own terms.
Availability comes from the warehouse, so you see what can be picked for your next route day and what is still on an inbound pallet.
Previous orders repeat in two taps, with quantities you can edit line by line. The weekly top-up stops being a phone call.
Confirmed, picked, loaded, delivered — each order carries its state, so staff know whether to expect the van before opening.
Manage delivery addresses, contacts and who may order, and pull delivery notes and invoices for each order without ringing the office.
Every account is set up around the trade, the route and the assortment it actually moves.
For convenience stores, minimarkets and specialist shops buying shelf-ready cases.
For bars, restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens ordering against a service week.
For groups and chains ordering per outlet but settling centrally.
References outside the standing catalogue, brought in against a committed volume.
Assortment, route day and payment terms are agreed per account and confirmed in writing before the first delivery.
Picking, loading and the office that answers when something is short.
Tell us the trade, where the premises are and roughly what volume you move each week.
The commercial rep for your zone goes through assortment, route day and payment terms, and confirms them in writing.
You receive logins for your account. The catalogue, prices and stock the app shows are the ones agreed.
Order before the cut-off for your route. The delivery note and invoice sit against the order in the app afterwards.
I place the weekly order after closing instead of catching the rep on the phone. Repeating last week's list and editing four lines takes a couple of minutes.
Seeing stock before I order is the difference. If a line is short I swap it the same night rather than finding out when the van arrives.
Both premises order on their own login and the invoices still come to me. Setting that up took one conversation with the rep.
Yes. We supply registered businesses only, and prices in the app are the ones agreed for your account. Send the enquiry first and we will ask for the trade and tax details needed to open it.
There is a minimum per route, and it depends on the zone and the type of account. It is set out in writing when your account is opened, before you place anything.
Routes run across Mediterranean Spain, zone by zone with a fixed day per customer. Give us the postcode of the premises in the enquiry and we will confirm the route day.
Yes. One account can carry several users and several delivery points, and you decide who may confirm an order and who may only prepare it.
Yes. The app is an extra channel, not a replacement. Orders placed with your rep appear in the same history as the ones you place yourself.
Send the details of your business and the commercial team will come back with what is needed to set the account up.
Someone from the commercial team will get in touch shortly about opening the account.
